We tracked Simon down to see what he was up to at the moment - he didn't disappoint and we are extremely pleased to share it with you - this guy is a creative maniac.
A strange and isolated child Simon has always made stuff.
Later he worked as an animator ceating the infamous 'Coke wars' for which he was told he would never work in London again, a set designer and created the models and art for the KLF experience. It was a decade of tanks, excess and bad craziness.
Simon emerges now, older, wiser, and an artist in his own right with an enduring fascination with guns, bombs and the spiralling chaos of humanity. His work “comes from a strange compulsion, I watch the news, this is what I see, if I could say it, I would.”
