SHIPPING
1. All PRINTS are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE.

2. All ORIGINAL WORKS will be sent by Parcelforce and the cost of shipping is extra to the total price paid - in other words the cost of shipping is added to the price and the customer will be liable for shipping costs - please contact us for quotes re: shipping - we are also able to ship internationally.

2.Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.

RETURNS
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us within 24 hours upon receipt of your artwork by either phone or e mail. Please see contact page for details.
2. All damages must be reported by e mail or telephone within 24 hours upon receipt of artwork.

REFUNDS
1. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Red Propeller Gallery.
